Vendors will have a profile, there they can update their location and menu selection. People will be able to locate certain vendors thanks to GPS. People will then get fat and say how awesome it was.

What are all the steps in between?
Vendors input information on their application profile. Consumers see that and visit them, then comment / rate the vendors on the app.
